All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned within 15 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to replacement products.

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

    Step 1:: Please contact customer service (support@tronixa.com) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issues.
    Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and offers a solution based on our policy.
    Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provides the return address information.
    Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-10 business days. The exact time depends on your address and your card issuer.

Reasons Supporting Free Return

    DOA(Dead on arrival): You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged.
    Wrong item sent: Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package.
    Doesn't match the description: Please provide us with some photos to show the problem.
    Quality issues: Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it.
    Missing parts: Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it.

Reasons Not Supported In Our Return Policy

    Arrived too late: We will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
    Don’t want/need/like it: Does not meet your expectations/ Paying high shipping cost/ Find better products.
    User’s error: Any damage caused by the user’s mis-operation will not be covered/ Bought wrong.
    Received the item but changed your mind/ ordered by mistake/ Price changes/... etc.


We at Tronixa.com serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Tronixa is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
